Color & Balayage FAQ
It comes down to how much of a change you want and how much upkeep you're up for. Full color changes your whole base shade; partial highlights or balayage add dimension while keeping more of your natural color. Mention your goals when you book and we'll help you choose, or add a free color consultation first.
A partial typically runs 2–2.5 hours, and a full highlight or balayage can run 3+ hours depending on length and density. Longer services (2+ hours) require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Most of our color services finish with a toner to neutralize brassiness and polish the final result — it's built into services like Custom Partial and Face Framing Highlights, and available as an add-on for others.
Book a Color Correction consultation. We'll look at your hair's current condition and color history before recommending the safest path — correction work is priced separately since every case is different.
Most guests come in every 4–6 weeks, though it depends on how fast your hair grows and how much contrast you're comfortable with at the root.
